Zero Waste Culinary Kitchen

Welcome to my Independent Learning Study! My name is Lucas Baer, and I am a 9th grade student at Staples High School in Westport, Connecticut. My mission in the last semester has been to experiment with different ways to cook with little to zero waste, and provide some of my best findings for people to use with old or leftover food that they may have around their kitchen.
